damaged door uncomfortable bed
the size of the room was acceptable, and the walk in shower worked well.
the room seemed a bit neglected. The bathroom door was damaged. i also found the bed to be quite uncomfortable..

good selection helpful staff on-site parking
Breakfast offered a good selection of items I found the staff to be helpful. On-site parking was available . The room was nice and neat i would stay again.
Pillows were uncomfortable even using both available.

river location brewery facility clean room broken bed roof slate staff inaction
i appreciate the location near the river. the facilities included a brewery, that was great. the room was clean. breakfast was excellent.
the bed was not very comfortable because a part was broken. it was leaning to one side. i reported this issue to a member of staff when i left. i also reported a slate was ready to fall off the roof, but nothing happened.

wonderful BREWERY hotel
friendly staff good beer
I discovered the rooms were Great and the staff friendly. The brewery ON-SITE served very good beer. I will definitely stay here anytime I visit. GREAT music played in the taproom with a fantastic vibe.
i found out i had not been booked in a room in the main hotel. i was instead in a room above the restaurant. it would be better to disclose that beforehand.

The hotel has a superb situation. It's quiet and well thought out. Plenty of parking is available. It is a superb base to explore the highlands, literally two minutes from the high street.
